Classic Rotary RTO – High-Efficiency Thermal Oxidizer from China Suppliers and Factory for Exhaust Gas Treatment
Rotary RTO Structure & Components
A Rotary Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) primarily consists of a combustion chamber, ceramic packing beds, and a rotary valve. The furnace body is segmented into inlet chambers, outlet chambers, a cleaning chamber, and an isolation chamber. A motor-driven exhaust gas distribution valve rotates continuously and uniformly, enabling the exhaust gas to switch gradually between different chambers.
Heat Recovery & Concentration
When the concentration of exhaust gas is high, an additional heat exchanger can be installed to convert the exhaust gas into fuel. Supplementary heat recovery options include hot air, hot water, steam, and oil.
Applications & Processing Capacity
The classic Rotary Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) is the most widely applied type of RTO equipment in our company. Its compact design, stable operation, and high processing efficiency make it suitable for exhaust gas treatment across various industries, including printing, film coating, and chemical manufacturing. The extensive use of this Rotary Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer has earned it significant market recognition.
The single-unit processing capacity ranges from 5,000 m³/h to 100,000 m³/h.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What are the primary components of a Rotary RTO?
A Rotary Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) primarily consists of a combustion chamber, ceramic packing beds, and a rotary valve. The furnace body itself is segmented into inlet chambers, outlet chambers, a cleaning chamber, and an isolation chamber.
How does the exhaust gas switch between the different chambers?
A motor-driven exhaust gas distribution valve rotates continuously and uniformly, enabling the exhaust gas to switch gradually and smoothly between the different chambers.
What can be done when the exhaust gas concentration is high?
When the concentration of exhaust gas is high, an additional heat exchanger can be installed to convert the exhaust gas into usable fuel.
What supplementary heat recovery options are available?
Supplementary heat recovery options include hot air, hot water, steam, and oil, providing versatile solutions for energy conservation.
Which industries is the classic Rotary RTO suitable for?
Due to its compact design, stable operation, and high processing efficiency, it is widely suitable for exhaust gas treatment in printing, film coating, chemical manufacturing, and various other industrial sectors.
What is the processing capacity range of a single Rotary RTO unit?
The single-unit processing capacity of the classic Rotary Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer ranges from 5,000 m³/h to 100,000 m³/h.
