Source of Waste Gas:
The waste gas originates from various units including the purification synthesis process tanks, sewage tanks, storage tank farms, and loading stations.

Waste Gas Components:
The primary constituents consist of methanol, fusel oils, alkanes, carbon monoxide (CO), along with minor amounts of tar and naphthalene.

Processing Air Volume:
The system handles a volumetric flow rate of 25,000 Nm³/h.

Process Configuration:
The treatment process comprises a pretreatment stage followed by a Rotary Valve Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO).

Process Challenges:
Key challenges include comprehensive collection across the entire plant, addressing sticky material blockages, ensuring stable combustion of coke oven gas, and maintaining robust system safety controls.

Treatment Results:
The treatment achieves the following emission levels:
Non-methane total hydrocarbons ≤ 50 mg/m³
Methanol ≤ 50 mg/m³
Benzene ≤ 4 mg/m³
Hydrogen sulfide ≤ 1 mg/m³
Sulfur dioxide ≤ 30 mg/m³
Nitrogen oxides ≤ 130 mg/m³
Phenols ≤ 20 mg/m³
Ammonia ≤ 10 mg/m³
