Amcor (Dongguan) Packaging Co., Ltd

Source of Waste Gas:
The waste gas originates from two main sources: organized emissions from printing and lamination machines, as well as unorganized emissions from workshops.
Designed Airflow:
The system is designed to handle a total airflow of 3 units at 30,000 m³/h through Rotary Valve RTO, supplemented by a 100,000 m³/h zeolite rotor.
Waste Gas Concentration:
The concentration of organized waste gas ranges from approximately 3,000 mg/m³ to 5,000 mg/m³, while unorganized emissions are around 600 mg/m³.
Waste Gas Components:
The primary components of the waste gas include ethyl acetate, n-propyl ester, isopropanol, and others.
Process Scheme:
The treatment process involves air reduction and concentration, followed by processing through a Rotary Valve RTO. Additionally, waste heat recovery is implemented using a steam waste heat boiler.
RTO Model: 30,000 m³/h Rotary Valve RTO.
Emission Limits: Non-methane hydrocarbons (NMHC) ≤ 50 mg/m³.
