Waste Gas Components: The primary constituents include toluene, xylene, butyl acetate, and n-butanol.
Process Configuration: The treatment process involves a zeolite rotor followed by rotary valve Regenerative Thermal Oxidizers (RTOs).

Drying Room RTO: 15,000 Nm³/h Rotary Valve RTO
Paint Booth Treatment: 200,000 m³/h Zeolite Rotor + 27,000 Nm³/h Rotary Valve RTO
Treatment Result: The treatment ensures that non-methane hydrocarbons (NMHC) do not exceed 25 mg/m³.
