The sources of exhaust gas: the central return air shaft of the coal mine (methane concentration no higher than 0.75%), and high-concentration methane from the gas drainage pump station. 

Characteristics of exhaust gas: low methane concentration, large air volume, significant concentration fluctuations, continuous operation throughout the year, and high safety level requirements. 

Exhaust gas flow rate: 1,000,000 Nm³/h 

Exhaust gas concentration: 1.2% after methane blending 

Exhaust gas components: CH4 

Process plan: Blending + rotary valve type RTO + high-temperature and high-pressure waste heat boiler + high-temperature and high-pressure air-cooled condensing power generation unit 

RTO model selection: 10 x 100,000 Nm³/h 

Annual gas destruction effect: 96 million cubic meters
