Source of Waste Gas
The waste gas originates from storage tanks within the plant area and the loading and unloading operations of trucks.
Airflow Volume
The waste air volume ranges from 500 to 5,000 normal cubic meters per hour (Nm³/h).
Waste Gas Concentration
The concentration of waste gas varies between 2,000 and 8,000 milligrams per cubic meter (mg/m³).
Waste Gas Components
The primary components of the waste gas include C1-C6 hydrocarbons.
Treatment Process
The proposed treatment process consists of a mixer, followed by a buffer tank, and finally, a Rotary Valve Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO).
RTO Specifications
The selected RTO model has a capacity of 5,000 Nm³/h.
Emission Limits
The emission limits are as follows:
- Non-methane hydrocarbons (NMHC) ≤ 15 mg/m³
- Benzene ≤ 2 mg/m³
- Toluene ≤ 8 mg/m³
- Xylene ≤ 10 mg/m³
- Nitrogen oxides (NOx) ≤ 80 mg/m³
