Source of Waste Gas: The waste gas originates from the gluing room and the drying ovens of the coating machine.
Waste Air Volume: The total exhaust airflow is 90,000 cubic meters per hour.
Waste Gas Concentration: The concentration of pollutants in the waste gas ranges from 1,000 to 1,600 milligrams per cubic meter.
Waste Gas Components: The primary constituents include butanone, toluene, and ethyl acetate.
Process Configuration: The treatment process involves a rotary valve Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) integrated with a heat transfer oil boiler for waste heat recovery.
RTO Model Selection: Two RTO units are selected, one with a capacity of 40,000 cubic meters per hour and another with a capacity of 50,000 cubic meters per hour.
Emission Limits: Non-methane hydrocarbons (NMHC) ≤ 50 mg/m³, toluene ≤ 10 mg/m³.
