Waste Gas Volume: The total exhaust airflow is 60,000 cubic meters per hour.

Waste Gas Concentration: The concentration of pollutants in the waste gas ranges from 3,000 to 4,000 milligrams per cubic meter.

Waste Gas Component: The primary constituent is butanone.

Process Configuration: The treatment process utilizes a rotary valve Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) integrated with a heat transfer oil boiler for waste heat recovery.

RTO Model Selection: Two RTO units are employed, one with a capacity of 40,000 cubic meters per hour and another with a capacity of 20,000 cubic meters per hour.

Emission Limits: Non-methane hydrocarbons (NMHC) ≤ 50 mg/m³.
