Waste Gas Sources: The waste gas originates from three main areas: the mixing chamber, the gluing station, and the coating machine's drying oven.
Exhaust Air Volume: The total exhaust airflow is 30,000 m³/h .
Exhaust Gas Concentration: The concentration of pollutants in the exhaust gas ranges between 6,000 to 7,000 mg/m³.
Waste Gas Components: The primary constituents are ethyl acetate and toluene.
Process Plan: The proposed treatment system includes an anti-silicon rotary valve Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) integrated with a waste heat recovery system using a hot air heat exchanger.
RTO Model Selection: An RTO model with a capacity of 30,000 m³/h has been selected.
Emission Limits: Non-methane hydrocarbons (NMHC) ≤ 50 mg/m³, Toluene≤ 10 mg/m³.
