Design Airflow: Two rotary valve Regenerative Thermal Oxidizers (RTOs) with a capacity of 80,000 m³/h each.

Exhaust Gas Concentration: Ranges from approximately 3,000 mg/m³ to 8,000 mg/m³.

Exhaust Gas Components: Includes compounds such as toluene and ethyl acetate.

Process Configuration: The system employs rotary valve RTOs integrated with waste heat recovery, featuring a hot air heat exchanger.

RTO Selection: Two units, each with an airflow capacity of 80,000 m³/h. 

Emission Limits
Non-methane hydrocarbons (NMHC) emissions ≤50 mg/m³.
