Waste Gas Components:
- Ammonia: 15-20%
- Benzene homologues: 1%
- Carbon monoxide: 0.7%
- Sulfur dioxide: 0.004%
Treatment Process: The treatment process includes buffer dilution, followed by processing through a Rotary Valve Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO), and Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) with a steam waste heat boiler.
RTO Specifications: The RTO unit has a capacity of 50,000 Nm³/h.
Emission Limits:
- Non-methane hydrocarbons (NMHC) ≤ 50 mg/m³
