Waste Gas Origin: The waste gas is generated from the production processes and the wastewater storage tank.

Waste Gas Concentration: Ranges between 1,000 and 4,500 mg/m³
Waste Gas Components: The primary constituents include methanol, ethanol, toluene, hydrochloric acid (HCl), 1,2-dichloroethane, methyl acrylate, chlorobenzene, cyclohexanoic acid, isobutyric acid, isopropyl ketone, and morpholine.
Treatment Process: The treatment process consists of a buffer stage, followed by pre-alkali washing, dehumidification, Rotary Valve Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO), quenching, and post-alkali washing.
RTO Specifications: The RTO unit has a capacity of 20,000 m³/h.
