Process plan: Dust removal + Desulfurization + Buffer dilution + Rotary valve type RTO + Steam waste heat recovery 

Exhaust gas components: CO (1% to 3% by volume), CO2, water vapor, N2, and a small amount of SO2. 

Treatment effect: CO < 200 mg/m³
Treatment effect: CO < 200mg/m³, hot water output 20t/h
