Source of exhaust gas: Tail gas from lime kiln furnace 

Characteristics of exhaust gas: High concentration of carbon monoxide, large concentration fluctuations. 

Exhaust air volume: 25,000 m³/h 

Process plan: Dust removal + Desulfurization + Buffer dilution + RTO + Hot water waste heat recovery 

Exhaust gas components: CO (1% to 3% by volume), CO2, water vapor, N2, trace amounts of SO2 and H2S. 

Treatment effect: CO < 200mg/m³, hot water output 20t/h
