China Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer Successfully Installed in Vietnam Wallpaper Factory

 Recently, a Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) system, independently designed and manufactured by China Yurcent Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., has been successfully installed and commissioned at a well-known wallpaper printing factory in Vietnam. The project marks another successful application of Yurcent’s RTO technology in the Southeast Asian printing industry.

The waste gas mainly originates from wallpaper printing machines, with an airflow volume of 10,000 m³/h and a VOC concentration of about 500 mg/m³. The key components of the emissions are DOTP and D70.
Considering the characteristics of VOCs in the production process, Yurcent designed a customized RTO system to ensure safe, stable, and energy-efficient operation.

 The RTO system adopts an advanced heat recovery structure. Through high-temperature oxidation, VOCs are completely decomposed into CO₂ and H₂O, while the recovered heat is reused for preheating incoming gas, effectively reducing energy consumption. After commissioning, the outlet concentration of NMHC is ≤10 mg/m³, which is well below both Vietnamese and international environmental standards.

This successful installation not only strengthens China Yurcent'sleading position in Vocs Treatment for the Wallpaper industry but also provides areliable and efficient solution for environmental protection in Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
