As business volume entered its peak period in November, the frequency of production operations increased. Safety risks in key workshop areas such as welding, painting, and assembly have consequently risen. To promptly identify potential hazards, standardize operational procedures, and ensure production safety, the Yangling factory has launched a special inspection campaign. This initiative covers worksites, equipment and facilities, material storage, and operational processes across all areas.

The inspection team consists of front-line supervisors and above-level management personnel, all wearing bright yellow reflective vests. They possess relevant production safety knowledge and on-site management experience. During inspections, they must remain fully focused and pause any other ongoing tasks, refraining from handling non-inspection-related matters.

Every morning, Yurcent’s safety inspectors begin their "full-site inspection mode"! They not only observe whether employees are energetic, focused, and engaged but also act as "sharp-eyed" detectors to identify potential hazards in the workshops: whether equipment wiring is standardized, firefighting equipment is properly placed, and aisles are unobstructed. For colleagues performing work at height, the inspectors pay special attention to the use of safety harnesses.

They ensure every protective detail is properly implemented before moving on.
