The entire setup works like a "steam magician":
- RTO Incinerator (High-Temperature Furnace): Burns gas into clean hot flue gas (99.3% methane destruction).
- Waste Heat Boiler (Energy Converter): Turns hot flue gas → steam.
- Lithium Bromide Chiller (AC Heart): Feeds in steam, blows out cold air—zero electricity consumed!
The core principle of the lithium bromide chiller:
- Uses heat (e.g., steam) to evaporate water in the LiBr solution, absorbing heat for cooling—no traditional compressor, just waste heat turned into cold energy.
- Advanced automated control ensures safety: operational limits + fail-safes.
