Recently, the general contracting project for the treatment of ammonium sulfate and biochemical high concentration non-condensable gas from a renowned and prestigious central enterprise in Lingshi County, which was expertly and proficiently undertaken by Yurcent, was ignited with much anticipation, clearly indicating the official and auspicious commencement of this project. This initiative holds tremendous promise and potential for enhancing the local environmental quality and raising the industrial standards to new heights.
The project is strategically and advantageously situated in Lingshi County, Jinzhong City, Shanxi Province, where the coking capacity is an astonishingly impressive 2 million tons per annum. The project's focus is primarily and intently centered on the cold drum section, ammonium sulfate section, phenol cyanide wastewater, and several other crucial and vital areas. It involves the meticulous and precise collection and highly efficient preheating of the Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) generated therefrom. The core treatment device employed is the cutting-edge and state-of-the-art third-generation technology, RTO, specifically the Rotary RTO with an outstanding capacity of 50,000m3/h.

The treated tail gas indicators of this project are meticulously and painstakingly designed to comply with the stringent and exacting special emission limit standards for atmospheric pollutants stipulated in the "Emission Standards for Pollutants in Coking Chemical Industry" (GB16171-2012), as well as the rigorous and demanding requirements of the national ultra-low emission standards for the coking industry. Simultaneously, this project boasts an array of remarkable and outstanding attributes such as high safety, unwavering and steadfast stability, and impressively low operating energy consumption.

This exhaust gas treatment process showcases a plethora of distinct and considerable advantages when compared to the traditional process of "introducing exhaust gas into coke oven combustion".
