March 5th Marks Full Commencement: Building a New Growth Engine for Green and Innovative Development

With a total investment exceeding 30 million RMB, the project will be constructed by Xi'an Yurcent Environment Technology Co., Ltd., including incinerators and waste heat recovery systems. Full-scale construction is scheduled to begin on March 5, with an expected 5-month construction period. Upon completion, the facility will achieve ultra-low VOC emissions of <20mg/Nm³.

The Xinjiang Energy and Chemical Company is a large state-owned modern coal chemical enterprise, operating:
- 525,000 tons/year methanol production facility
- 100,000 tons/year coal-to-liquid facility
- 60,000 tons/year 1,4-butanediol facility
- 40,000 tons/year polyoxymethylene facility
- With an annual output value of approximately 7 billion RMB.
Its methanol plant utilizes 8 SD coal-pressure gasifiers to produce syngas, with purification through low-temperature methanol wash technology.
This is the third collaboration between Yurcent Environment and the Xinjiang company in VOC treatment. Previous Phase I and II projects achieved significant results:
- Reduced tail gas VOC emissions below 20mg/Nm³
- Consistently generated 35t/h of superheated steam
- Effectively promoted clean, efficient development
- Established a "growth pole" for green, low-carbon development
