Three 100,000m³/h Regenerative Thermal Oxidizers Shipped
Amidst the bitter cold, three units of third-generation rotary valve RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer) equipment, each with a single-unit treatment air volume of 100,000 cubic meters, were successfully loaded and dispatched from Yurcent Environmental Technology's facility, officially commencing their journey to a chemical project site in Inner Mongolia.

As core equipment for Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) treatment, the Regenerative Thermal Oxidizers utilize Yurcent's proprietary rotary valve technology. Featuring high-efficiency heat-accumulation media and a rotary air-distribution system, they achieve VOC oxidation efficiency of over 99.5% and a heat-recovery rate of up to 97%. The equipment not only boasts significant advantages in stable operation, heat preservation, and energy saving but also features comprehensive optimizations in the human-machine interface and safety protection systems. This enables precise treatment of complex organic waste gases generated in chemical production processes, helping the customer achieve ultra-low-emission goals for green production.

Braving the freezing wind, this shipment, carrying the mission of environmental protection, embarked on its journey to the project site as scheduled. Facing the severe challenge of extreme low temperatures, the Yurcent team demonstrated its commitment to the customer through robust technical expertise and efficient delivery capabilities.
