Yurcent Showcases Core RTO Technology for Waste Gas Treatment in Carbon Fiber Industry

From September 4 to 6, the China Composites Industry Association held the "7th Carbon Fiber Composites Industry Innovation and Development Conference and the Carbon Fiber Composites Committee Working Meeting" in Shaoxing, Zhejiang. Yurcent Environment, as a key participant in promoting the green development of the carbon fiber industry, shared its tailored waste gas treatment technology solutions, including the Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer System and practical cases. The company collaborated with industry peers to explore pathways for high-quality development.

Yurcent Environment addresses critical waste gas treatment needs in the carbon fiber industry. The company supports energy conservation, emissions reduction, and green transformation. Through independent technological research and development, Yurcent has overcome several core challenges. First, it has developed specialized waste gas treatment technologies for PAN-based carbon fiber production lines, including T700, T800, and T1000. Second, it has pioneered treatment technologies for key processes, including precursor fiber, pre-oxidation furnaces, carbonization furnaces, and drying furnaces. Third, these technologies are now applied to precursor fiber, 48K large-tow, and 12K small-tow production lines, resulting in stable industrial operations.

Currently, Yurcent's solutions have been successfully implemented in multiple carbon fiber and composite material production enterprises across China, delivering significant treatment results. During the conference, Yurcent systematically shared core details and practical outcomes of its technology application cases through on-site exchanges and material displays, providing replicable and scalable green production pathways for more carbon fiber enterprises. This effort contributes to advancing the high-quality development of China’s carbon fiber industry and supporting the achievement of the "Dual Carbon" goals.
