The exhaust gas originates from multiple processes, including unloading operations, raw material storage tanks, loading activities, product storage tanks, and the asphalt modification process.
Airflow Volume
The total exhaust airflow is 20,000 cubic meters per hour (m³/h).

The concentration of exhaust gases ranges from 1,000 to 3,000 milligrams per cubic meter (mg/m³).
Waste Gas Components
The primary components of the waste gas include benzene, toluene, xylene, non-methane total hydrocarbons, asphalt fumes, and benzo[a]pyrene.
Treatment Process
The proposed treatment process involves a series of steps: alkaline washing, followed by water washing, dehumidification, preheating, and finally, processing through a rotary valve Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO).
RTO Specifications
The selected RTO unit has a capacity of 20,000 m³/h.
Emission Standards
Non-methane hydrocarbons (NMHC) <100 mg/m³.
