Dalian Ronghua Packaging Co., Ltd

Waste Gas Source: The waste gas originates from two main sources: organized emissions from printing machines and lamination machines, as well as unorganized emissions from workshops.
Designed Airflow: Two units, each with a capacity of 60,000 m³/h.
Waste Gas Concentration:
Organized waste gas concentration ranges approximately between 3,000 mg/m³ and 5,000 mg/m³.
Unorganized waste gas concentration is around 600 mg/m³.
Waste Gas Components: The primary constituents include ethyl acetate, n-propyl ester, isopropanol, and others.
Process Configuration: The treatment process involves air reduction and concentration, followed by processing through a Rotary Valve RTO. Additionally, waste heat recovery is implemented using a steam waste heat boiler.
RTO Specifications: Two units, each rated at 60,000 m³/h.
Emission Standards: Non-methane hydrocarbons (NMHC) emissions ≤50 mg/m³.
