Source of Waste Gas: The waste gas originates from organized emissions produced by printing machines and compound machines.
Designed Airflow: Three units, each with a capacity of 40,000 m³/h, equipped with Rotary Valve Regenerative Thermal Oxidizers (RTO).
Waste Gas Concentration: The concentration ranges approximately between 3,000 mg/m³ and 5,000 mg/m³.
Waste Gas Components: The primary constituents include ethyl acetate, n-propyl ester, isopropanol, among others.
Process Configuration: The treatment process involves air reduction and concentration, followed by processing through a Rotary Valve RTO. Additionally, waste heat recovery is implemented using a steam waste heat boiler.
RTO Specifications: Three units, each rated at 40,000 m³/h.
Emission Standards: Non-methane hydrocarbons (NMHC) emissions ≤50 mg/m³.
