Emission Limits
The emission limit for non-methane hydrocarbons (NMHC) is ≤50 mg/m³.
Exhaust Gas Sources: The exhaust gas originates from printing machines, lamination machines, and unorganized emissions within the workshop.
Designed Airflow: The system includes a 3-unit RTO with a combined capacity of 120,000 m³/h (40,000 m³/h each), along with two Zeolite Rotors, each handling 50,000 m³/h.
Exhaust Gas Concentration: The concentration ranges from approximately 3,000 mg/m³ to 5,000 mg/m³ for organized emissions, while unorganized emissions are around 600 mg/m³.
Waste Gas Components: The primary components include ethyl acetate, n-propyl ester, isopropyl alcohol, among others.
Process Plan: The proposed process involves reducing air concentration, followed by treatment using a rotary valve RTO, zeolite rotor, and waste heat recovery (incorporating a steam waste heat boiler).
RTO Selection: Three RTO units, each with a capacity of 40,000 m³/h, have been selected.
