Exhaust Gas Sources
Organized Emissions: Ventilation exhaust from the oven of 8 tipping paper printing machines.
Unorganized Emissions:Unorganized emissions from 8 tipping paper printers, organized and unorganized waste gas from 3 gravure printers, as well as environmental air from the ink room and hazardous waste storage area.

Design Air Volumes
Total Organized Waste Gas Flow Rate: 9,200 m³/h.
Combined Unorganized and Organized Waste Gas Flow Rate for Gravure Printing Machines: 192,000 m³/h.

Waste Gas Concentrations
Organized Emissions: 3,000 mg/m³ to 5,000 mg/m³.
Unorganized Emissions: 300 mg/m³ to 600 mg/m³.

Waste Gas Components
The primary components include ethanol, ethyl acetate, n-propyl ester, and others.

Process Scheme
The treatment process involves:
1. LEL air reduction transformation.
2. Treatment using a rotary valve regenerative thermal oxidizer (RTO).
3. Collection of unorganized emissions.
4. Concentration using a zeolite concentration rotor.
5. Further processing with a regenerative rotary valve oxidation furnace (RTO).
6. Integration of a steam waste heat recovery system.

RTO Model Selection
The selected configuration includes:
Two sets of zeolite concentration rotors with a capacity of 100,000 m³/h each.
Two sets of rotary valve regenerative thermal oxidizers (RTO) with a capacity of 70,000 m³/h each.
One shared 1.5 T/h steam waste heat recovery system.

Two of the 70,000 m³/h regenerative rotary valve oxidizer (RTO) can supply high-temperature flue gas to the steam boiler. Additionally, these two RTO units provide desorption heat for the zeolite concentration rotors.

Emission Limits
The emission limit for non-methane hydrocarbons (NMHC) is ≤50 mg/m³.
