Exhaust Gas Sources
- Organized emissions: Emissions from the ovens of 8 tipping paper printing machines.
- Unorganized emissions: Emissions from 8 tipping paper printers, 3 gravure printers (both organized and unorganized), and ambient air in the ink room and hazardous waste storage area.
Design Air Volumes
- Total air volume for organized emissions: 9,200 m³/h.
- Combined total air volume for unorganized emissions and organized emissions from gravure printing machines: 192,000 m³/h.
Waste Gas Concentrations
- Organized emissions: 3,000 mg/m³ to 5,000 mg/m³.
- Unorganized emissions: 300 mg/m³ to 600 mg/m³.
Waste Gas Components:ethanol, ethyl acetate, n-propyl ester, and others.
Process Scheme
The treatment process involves:
- LEL air reduction transformation.
- Rotary valve regenerative thermal oxidizer (RTO).
- Collection of unorganized emissions.
- Zeolite concentration rotor.
- Regenerative rotary valve oxidation furnace (RTO).
- Steam waste heat recovery system.
RTO Model Selection
The system includes:
- Two sets of 100,000 m³/h zeolite concentration rotors.
- Two sets of 70,000 m³/h rotary valve regenerative thermal oxidizers (RTO).
- One set of a 1.5 T/h steam waste heat recovery system (shared).
Two of the 70,000 m³/h regenerative rotary valve oxidation furnaces (RTO) can supply high-temperature flue gas to the steam waste heat boiler. Additionally, these two 70,000 m³/h RTO units provide desorption heat for the zeolite concentration rotors.
Emission Limits
Non-methane hydrocarbons (NMHC) emissions ≤50 mg/m³.
