Waste Gas Source: The waste gas is generated from the reaction kettle, production line, and oil storage tank.
Design Air Volume: The system is designed to handle an exhaust airflow of 15,000 cubic meters per hour.
Waste Gas Concentration: The concentration of pollutants in the waste gas is approximately 500 mg/m³.
Waste Gas Components: The primary constituents include non-methane total hydrocarbons (NMTHC), asphalt smoke, particulate matter, and benzopyrene.
Process Configuration: The treatment process involves a cyclone separator followed by tower filtration and then a rotary valve Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) of the Gogoal type.
RTO Model Selection: A single RTO unit with a capacity of 15,000 Nm³/h (Gogoal Type) has been selected.
Emission Limits: The emission standards require non-methane hydrocarbons (NMHC) to be ≤ 30 mg/m³.
