Waste Gas Origin: The waste gas is generated from the reaction kettle, production line, and oil storage tank.

Design Air Volume: The system is designed to handle an exhaust airflow of 15,000 cubic meters per hour.

Pollutant Concentration: The concentration of pollutants in the waste gas is approximately 500 mg/m³.

Waste Gas Components: The primary constituents include non-methane total hydrocarbons (NMTHC), asphalt smoke, particulate matter, and benzopyrene.

Treatment Process: The process involves a cyclone separator followed by tower filtration and then a rotary valve Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) operating under negative pressure.

RTO Specifications: A single RTO unit with a capacity of 15,000 Nm³/h (negative pressure) has been selected.

Emission Limits: Non-methane hydrocarbons (NMHC) ≤ 30 mg/m³.
