Weinan Keshun New Material Co., Ltd

Waste Gas Source: The waste gas is emitted from the reaction kettle, production line, and oil storage tank.
Design Air Volume: The system is designed to handle an exhaust airflow of 90,000 cubic meters per hour.
Waste Gas Concentration: The concentration of pollutants in the waste gas is approximately 500 mg/m³.
Waste Gas Components: The primary constituents include non-methane total hydrocarbons (NMTHC), asphalt smoke, particulate matter, and benzopyrene.
Process Configuration: The treatment process consists of a cyclone separator followed by tower filtration, and finally a rotary valve Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO).
RTO Model Selection: Two RTO units, each with a capacity of 45,000 Nm³/h, have been selected to meet the required airflow.
Emission Limits: Non-methane hydrocarbons (NMHC) ≤ 10 mg/m³.
